Miller short clubs were designed by Frank Miller and described in his book “Indian Clubs Swinging and Juggling” Miller used moves that he called swings, which are parts of a circle with isometric position hold. This type of club swinging requires a shorter club to avoid elbow joint injury. This clubs also swing well in full circles, but not as well as the British Military clubs. Miller clubs are better for overall strength gains than British Military clubs which are more suitable for endurance swinging. All beginners are advised to use 0.6 kg clubs. Strong males may go for 1 kg clubs.
